If you are a Nottingham City-based not-for-profit or statutory organisation then we can help you to find volunteers.

You can advertise your volunteer roles free of charge through our Volunteer Centre. We also advertise through community events, local business, local media and social media.

If you would need a more bespoke, more guaranteed recruitment of volunteers for an event or service then contact us to discuss our paid for services.

The Student Volunteer Centre and Community Partnerships Team can help recruit student and staff volunteers. Organisations interested in promoting volunteering opportunities to students can email volunteering[at][dot]uk .

Managing volunteers

We offer training on volunteer management and volunteers and the law.  You can find out when the next sessions are running by visiting our training page.

Volunteer Coordinator Network

Do you recruit, manage or coordinate volunteers in Nottingham City? If so, why not get involved in the Nottingham CVS Volunteer Coordinator Network.

The network has meetings every few months - and at each one there will be discussion about different aspects of volunteer management, as well as sharing best practice and information. There will be space too for networking with other groups and building links around the city.
