NCHA are looking to recruit Support Workers to join our supported living teams in Kirkby in Ashfield, Worksop and Retford. These services provide support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, Autism and associated complex and challenging needs .

You will need empathy and compassion while being able to demonstrate a robust and safe approach to managing risk positively. Experience is desired but training will be provided.

All successful candidates will be required to work on a shift basis over a 24 hour period including weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins; a 33% bonus is paid for waking nights and double time paid for Christmas and New Year shifts. In addition, an allowance of £35.27 is also paid for sleep-ins.
